Set your intentions, ground yourself, and prepare to welcome the transformative energies of the Lions Gate Portal. This session will set the tone for the entire 11-day experience, helping you align with the cosmic energies at play. Day 2-7: Daily Kundalini Yoga Practice - Long Ek Ong Kar Engage in the powerful Long Ek Ong Kar meditation daily on your own schedule with our pre-recorded session. This sacred chant, known for its ability to awaken kundalini energy, will help you elevate your consciousness and connect deeply with the universe. Day 8- Thursday August 8th : Live Long Ek Ong Kar Practice= 12:30 Central(US) / 6:30pm CEST (EU) (Replay Available) On the peak day of the Lions Gate Portal, join a live session where we will practice the Long Ek Ong Kar meditation together for 22 minutes. This group practice will amplify the energy and intention, allowing you to fully harness the heightened energy of 8/8 for profound transformation. Day 9-10: Continued Daily Kundalini Practice Continue with the Long Ek Ong Kar meditation to maintain your energetic alignment Day 11 -Sunday August 11th : Live Closing Ceremony & Kundalini Activation Healing Session=1:00pm Central (US)/ 8:00pm CEST (EU) Conclude your journey with our live closing ceremony followed by a Kundalini Activation Healing Session. During this last call we will practice one last time together and then relax for the rest of the call for a Kundalini Activation Session to seal in all the energetic upgrades together.
